Refund policy

At Breeeeeeeazy, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because our nasal strips are single-use, personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, hygienic, and safe product.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@breeeeeeeazy.com.

We are committed to making it right. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and may provide a replacement or a refund without requiring you to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used nasal strips.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Once the hygiene seal is broken or the product is used, it is no longer eligible for return under the health protection exception of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a shipping error or defective product:

  1. We will notify you via email.

  2. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
