3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Breeeeeeeazy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@breeeeeeeazy.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number for faster service.
